SHIPPING
To calculate shipping charges - At checkout, enter the ship-to zip code.
Please Note: If you purchase at least $100 worth of Dakota Watches, we will ship them free of charge by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping fees will be adjusted before we bill your order.
• Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.
• Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.
• In-transit times vary, but most orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days after shipping.
• "Business Days" refers to Monday-Friday, 8-5 CT. Orders do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or U.S.A. national holidays.
If you need your purchase by a certain date, please email us or place a note in the comments section of your order stating the EXACT DATE your order is needed.
Normal shipping is by UPS Ground (Dakota Watches are shipped by USPS Priority Mail); shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout. Occasionally different ground carriers are used when required, but this will not affect your shipping charges. Please note: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box or military base.
Occasionally an item may be temporarily out-of-stock. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipments to Military Bases: If you are shipping to a U.S. military base, we will contact you by email concerning shipping charges to be added to your order.
SALES TAX
Alabama residents will be charged sales tax which will vary depending on the specific city and county of residence. No other states are charged sales tax.
RETURNS
OnlineXpressions strives to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible. If for any reason you need to return an item, please email us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will have the choice of replacing the item or receiving a refund on the original credit card once the item is returned. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. To receive a full refund of purchase price, all items MUST BE returned in the original packaging and in new, re-saleable condition. NOTE: Orders returned without an RA# will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates will be emailed to recipients within 1 day of purchase and should be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issuance, but no later than 18 months. Gift certificates must be redeemed through OnlineXpressions.com for merchandise and may not be redeemed for cash. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you may pay the balance with an authorized credit card. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
